Interviewer did not have any questions prepared. I talked a bit about my experiences and he would come up with a question based on my response. I could tell I did not pass his internal test from the halfway point in the interview.

Asked about invoices and if I would try to shake up processes on the team as a new person
Four Step process starting with intro interview, model test, panel with multiple people/cross department, and final interview. Model was not very difficult and was under 2 hours. If you can build a simple DCF and amortization table, you will be able to pass. The panels will ask about prior experience, interest in alternatives, and walking through resume. May ask a few technical questions but a strong story will help navigate the process. Be well versed in any market data you know when answering questions ad show your analytical abilities
The process was 2 rounds, the first with analysts and the second with MDs at the company. Mainly behavioral, walk me through your resume interviews. The entire process was around 3 weeks long.
