The HR Rep was honestly a very nice guy. Very is easy to talk too. Very understanding and reasonable. You talk about your general work experience in production, how you handle tasks and what you are capable of.

What does safety mean to you? Safety is very very big here. They have a general stand up every morning and it is the ending topic of it. Every time.
