I had three interviews but it is typically only two. One phone interview with the recruiter and one in person with the hiring manager. It is a very smooth process.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hartwig in Nov 2024
Interview
I applied in November 2024, and reached out to the hiring contact directly via LinkedIn as well. I recieved an interview request next day along with being asked to do aptitude testing. In the interview with HR they were very impressed and said my all my scores were good. I was then asked to do an interview with the hiring manager, which also went extremely well. I was told that I was a great fit, they believed I could do the job and do it well. I thought for sure I was going to be extended an offer. I sent many thank you follow up emails along the way and kept inquiring for updates on the hiring process, offering to provide more information to help advise their decision. The red flag was that they never specified decision dates. I got ghosted in the end. But I ended up getting a way better opportunity elsewhere. So based on my experience with Hartwig's hiring process, I would not recommend wasting your time.
