I applied online. I interviewed at Harvard Business School (Boston, MA) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process took 2-3 months from applying to offer. Hiring manager called me for a 30-45 min phone interview and a few days later they invited me to a series of zoom interviews with 3 Program Managers (separately). After the second round, a week later, I was invited to come to campus and meet the Program Coordinators that work with the Program Managers that interviewed me on the second round. I had a 30 min interview with the PCs and then another 30 min with the Associate Director, 30 minutes of break and then a HR person came to talk to me about benefits. A day after my interview, I got an email from HR requesting for my references. A week later I got a call from HR and got offered the job. After that I had to go through the background check and paperwork.

Interview
Interviewed with 3 people and they all asked similar questions. Very informative interview. They were very nice but wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting into.
