I applied online. I interviewed at Harver (Amsterdam) in Nov 2025
Interview
I was interviewed directly by the Chief Product Officer. The conversation itself was professional and, at the time, I thought it went well.
However, despite the role being advertised as a Group Product Manager position, it quickly became clear that the actual need was for a Senior Product Manager who could take on execution work and help offload some of the mentoring and coaching the CPO was currently doing. That mismatch between the stated role and the real expectation was disappointing and felt misleading.
At the end of the interview, I was explicitly told I would receive an update shortly. Despite following up, I was subsequently ghosted with no response or closure.
Overall, the process lacked transparency around the true scope of the role and basic professionalism in follow-up.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Harver
Interview
Received an interview invitation with a broken scheduling link. Followed up twice. No response. For a company selling hiring solutions, this lack of basic competence and communication is concerning. Disorganized and unresponsive
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Harver (Amsterdam) in Oct 2024
Interview
I recently interviewed at Harver's headquarters in Amsterdam, where I presented an assessment. The interview lasted about an hour and was a smooth, well-organized process. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming, which made for a positive experience overall. It gave me a great impression of the company and its culture.
