First there was a phone interview where they ask questions about you and your knowledge / experience in the field. Then you get the opportunity to ask them any questions you might have. Then there is an in person interview which I consider a more advanced version of the phone interview. Here they are more specific and trying to get a feel for you. Some of the questions are pretty generic but a few were somewhat technical.
