The interview process is quite lengthy in Deloitte. It can take upto 3 months to complete the process of hiring. Atleast 3 rounds of interview is conducted 2 Technical and One HR. The interview is through teams platform and it can last from 45 to 60 min.

The asked about the skills and expertise the candidate will bring to Deloitte. Financial modelling skills, proposal writing, Report writing etc.
Una entrevista intensa y con detalles revisando toda la experiencia profesional, puestos anteriores, estudios y motivaciones para el cambio.
Insistieron que es una empresa muy joven y dinámica aunque eso supone también jornadas que a veces se extiendan más de la cuenta. Necesitan curritos.
