The recruiter contact first, by call, ask normal questions to go through the resume,
Then see the project VP. Provide the open test, trick questions about the real project which they are struggled. Whole process is Smooth ,open . Test solve problems ability. one to one, polite, nice, on time ,

Mostly non technical they just ask what you did and do and not much technical only generic discussion and if c you c have the Professional license it’s counts a lot

Easy and very quick process. Relevant questions to the job description. Three panels and one hour duration. Get the feedback in one day and offer was sent within a week.
