Interview
First I was tested with General intelligence Test and a personality test. Then I had to do a text response question and a video response. Next I had a phone screening with the lead scientist, and did a coding challenge task for them.

Describe the bias/variance tradeoff and why it is important
smooth and clear. The interview explained the organization and every question was inline with the job applied. They also will expect you to know your previous projects in and out. So be precise and sharp
