Smooth process, the panel was engaging, relaxed and the interview was more of a conversation. They were open and asked relevant questions regardingy my background, skills and experience. The panel was diverse and ranged from mid-senior to senior level.
The interview process was like a chat. They try to understand your personality and experience as well. They normally ask follow up questions based on your responses. Additionally they ask mainly how you deal with situations and some technical queations.

Received an email to arrange an on-site interview. There were broken into two sessions with 30 min each in a meeting room. For each interview, two people were present, one mid-level manager and one junior asking a few questions. It was quite casual.
