Interview
I spent 5 days of my time over the course of four weeks going through the interview process with Hatch, only to receive a rejection at the end despite being a strong fit for the position. It felt like they weren’t truly interested from the start, which made the entire experience frustrating and a huge waste of time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hatch (Menlo Park, CA) (Newark, NJ) in Aug 2024
Interview
I received an email requesting an initial phone call screening interview. I was then scheduled for a Zoom meeting interview with the head of HR. Then, I was told that there were 4-6 other interview steps in the process before any hiring decision was made. I thought the interview went well, but obviously not well enough because I didn’t make it any further in the multitude of “steps”. After almost 2 weeks received the rejection email from Hatch.co..but only after I emailed them first.
Not a good experience. Applied back in August. Interviewer unprofessional. Just now in November they decide to send a rejection email. Also to have all the skills required for the job, it is obvious they don't want that.
