1st interview was with Human Resources. She went over my resume and references, asked me to explain a few things and took detailed notes. She then told me about a few open positions in different departments and that she would forward my resume to the managers and let me know if they wanted to conduct a second interview. 2nd interview was with the managers of the departments. In my second interview, 5 of the Patient Account managers of different departments sat in a semi circle and my chair was centered in the middle. They asked me a series of questions and asked that I take a quiz to test my knowledge in the healthcare field.
