Really easy and simple, as difficult as you'd expect McDonald's interview process. Maybe it was easy because they really needed people at the time, after the interview I started the next day.

Interview process went very smoothly. I did my interview about a year ago, but still remember the friendliness and relaxation about it. Great managers, good work flow, fairly strong communication with promotions.
