Hawkeye (TX) interview questions

My interview consisted of a call with the recruiter, and the second round was a video interview with two higher level management employees. After the second round, the recruiter emailed letting me know I was not selected. A week or so later, he reached back out to say the other candidate declined and asked if I was still interested. I confirmed I was and asked for clarification on why I was not selected originally. I was told there were arbitrary differences between myself and the first choice candidate. After a call, he let me know they’d be sending an offer letter. However, apparently “finance needing to approve the offer letter” after asking for a small increase to the salary being offered resulted in them ghosting me. I followed up multiple times but the recruiter never contacted me again. It left quite a sour taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t recommend the experience.

First I had a phone screening with the HR Director. Then I met in person with several members of the team I would be managing, another Creative Director, and an Account Director.
