Casual, pleasant, lovely boss. Sitting in the office answering questions while she took notes. Followed by filling in forms and questionnaires. It was a laid back experience and the boss was wery welcoming .

General interview questions relating to previous experience serving customers. No scenario questions asked. The interview was more to explain the role and check suitability. Due to it being a temporary role it was a good opportunity to gain more experience in customer service.

Easy going, was 1 on 1 , asking basic retail questions, to ''test'' the personality and so on. Helps a lot to be yourself. I had some questions such as (tell me a little about yourself, and different questions regarding different possible situations in the shop)

really simple, tell me about yourself, why do you want the job, regular interview questions. I applied as a Christmas temp and it was a decent experience. You get half an hour breaks.
