Interview
A word of advice, if you receive interest from Haymex or one of their sister companies (Loopi It NYC, AGM Manhattan) ignore it. They describe the position as a marketing position with a base of blue chip clients but what it amounts to is an on the street sales job that strongly resembles a pyramid scheme. Pay is done on a per sale basis at a low rate. I would have no qualms with the company if they were more straightforward about the opening, which could be a good role for high school and college students looking for a buck. Instead they are very deceptive. The actual nature of the job is not revealed until well into the second interview and compensation is not mentioned until just before the third. Furthermore they are manipulative and deceptive psychologically. They attempt to convince you that this is a rigorous application process in which 20 candidates will be whittled down to 3, BUT in reality everyone gets the job. If you are looking for a job as a marketing professional, look elsewhere. Pyramid Scheme.

Interview
Really quick and straight to the point. It seems like it's going to be difficult but when you actually go through the process it's very manageable. I got to see what the company does on a day to day basis.

It was something new, fresh, and worthwhile. Im a leader and I feel when I went into the field I showed my leadership immediately. The interview showed me this job is something that I will work for at my own pace and get results by the amount of work I put in
