Interview
First round is a phone interview from a senior analyst asking skills. Second round is a 'greeninterview' on line. You will have a chance to talk to four or five employees including directors, and analyst. Third round is on site. They will fly you in.

Interview
First interview was 30 minutes with a HR with basic questions, the second was a one-hour technical interview with a department director. Basically go over my resume and asked some details about projects I've done previously. Then asked some basic research design questions like propensity score matching.
Not too difficult but very informative.
