Submit resume + Selection Criteria Interview infront of 3 panel members which will all take turns of asking you questions. You will do a trial of filling a first aid bag with a visual checklist inwhich you're graded based on accuracy and time.
Lovely company to interview with. They were kind and considerate, no time wasting, and were always clear on communication throughout. Would highly recommend as an employee. Not all companies uphold values like this
