I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HealthcareSource (Boston, MA) in Jan 2014
Interview
My friend submitted my name in an online job listing forum, I received an email with a link to the application, which took about 30 minutes to fill out (including uploading a resume and cover letter). Once my resume was reviewed, an HR representative called me to schedule a telephone screen, where I was asked questions about my previous experience, and also had to conduct a simple training session over the telephone. In the next round, I was flown to corporate office for round-robin interviews with other managers.

Interview
Interview process was good overall. Both HR and staff were very accommodating to my schedule. Things moved at an expected pace. The only thing that was challenging was that I had to interview with about 7 or 8 people in the organization. Luckily, most of these interviews took place over the phone, which made it a lot easier to schedule. Overall, the interview process was transparent and pleasant.
