No questions about my resume. Only experience related question was tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer. They saw my "story" when I applied about my wellness journey which was the bulk of the conversation and talked about products Ive used and what I thought about the store. Talked the rest about how HP operates and advancement opportunities for those who are eager.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer?
It was tough getting there. After trying couple of times i was able to make it.
Advice to future candidates: Confirm next steps and timelines before you leave, and ask about training, expectations, and scheduling.
Very easy interview! I was hired within a week. They asked a few questions and was hired about a week later.. I love working here. You learn alot about natural products and supplements.
