I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Heartland Dental Group (Oxon Hill, MD) in Jul 2016
Interview
You will receive a call from a recruiter who conducts an initial screening to ensure you have what they're looking for. You are then invited to interview. I initially was scheduled to be interviewed at their next Job Fair. They greeted me politely and had me complete a 2-page application. I was then interviewed by three different people - one on one and then two on one. They asked thought-provoking questions and listened attentively to my responses. I was scheduled to interview with a regional manager for two days later. That interview was conducted at a dental practice. The interviewee asked similar questions. I was later offered a position.

Question 1
What was my greatest accomplishment in the past year?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Heartland Dental Group (Oklahoma City, OK) in Feb 2016
Interview
Received 3 interviews within 1 week, First was a phone interview after I applied online, she set up an interview with the Practice Administrator within a few days, and then the last interview was with the Regional Administrator. All 3 interviews went very well, and when I left the last interview I was sure that I had been offered the position. The Regional Administrator stated everyone was very impressed with me and that what they would like me to do is take the Practice Administrator training which consisted of traveling to Illinois once a month for 6 months. I was so excited, she even made the statement they were in the middle of the class, so they would go ahead and start me in the office with the understanding that I would attend DMT training. As I left the office she said I would hear back from he recruiter in a few days to tell me what the next steps would be. I left that office thinking I had the job.
I never heard from the recruiter so the following week I emailed her. I was astounded when she replied that the Regional Administrator really wanted someone with Dental Experience for the position, (I have 34 years of experience in Healthcare Management) and they would still like me to do the training and then when I finished they would determine if I would be a Business Associate or an Office Manager, but they could not guarantee me a position in my area. It was not feasible for me to do they training and not know until it was complete what my position would be, nor would I know where. Very disappointed in the process. They should not let you leave an interview without being very clear where you stand.
