I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Heartland Services (Leawood, KS) in Oct 2016
Interview
Easy going, Laid back. Got to be real with the person interviewing, felt comfortable. Interview lasted around an hour, Walked in the front door and was greeted by a happy staff. Very helpful in letting me know what I needed to fill out before the interview took place. After paper work was filled out a employee kindly let me know where the best place to sit was. Overall great experience and happy with the outcome.

Question 1
Well it's a company that works on PD and Military units so they wanted to know if I was a felon. Seems like a good question to me.

Interview
A friend got me the interview so I knew I was getting the job. They needed people at the time so I knew they were going to hire me. It was a two part interview with two separate managers interviewing me at different times.
They asked a few questions but looked very desperate and wanted to get me hired as soon as possible. I wasn't asked any technical questions about my knowledge of the job. I was only asked about me as a person and how much experience I had.
