It was a unique multi-phase process I was screened by a recruiter first had a nice conversation there learned a bit more about the company and their unique approach and philosophy. I then talked to their executive board and was asked quite a bit about my experience as well as some scenario-based questions to see how i would handle certain circumstances. All in all, it was an excellent and very unique process.
