Worst interview I have ever gone through. Came in at 1:00, waited until 1:35 to meet the first team, only 25 minute interview, asked to wait for next team. Twenty five minutes later next interviewer came in, had a good conversation for about an hour. Asked to go back to lobby and wait for the next interviewer.....4:00...people are leaving. I waited then at 4:30 the receptionist came out said "You're done for today, you can go. I figured things came up. Next day I get a call to come back for a 2nd interview. Went in, without notice, asked to take a weld test. I'm an engineer, not a welder. Two interviewers took me on the floor for a tour, at the end stopped by a welder in the maintenance area. One guy cranked the settings, asked me to set it up and run some welds. I reminded him I was not a welder, he said to do my best. I was wearing a suit, not PPE for welding. Just a terrible interview process.
