The recruiter talked to me and sent me a 2 Hour HackerRank rest. There were 3 coding questions that were medium difficulty, I passed all the test cases.
Then the hiring manager interview is scheduled over video.
I received an email later that the skill set didn’t match with the position.
As per their email, had the skill sets matched, there would be an 4 Hour On-site followed by some shorter interviews.
I just feel that their process wastes a lot of time. Just one interview that is 4 Hours is unheard of.
If they think the skill set didn’t match, then why did they ask me to go through HackerRank test.
