I had four interviews for my position. 1st HR interview, 2dn Mid Level Management, 3, executive management, 4, the team I work with.
It was largely focused on a sales type interview. They have a position, you want the job... now sell yourself.

Helix Education is a very people focused organization. There are no standard questions, but you need to demonstrate 2 things to work here: 1. You are an absolute expert in your field, 2 you get a long with the people you work with.
