Interview
I found the interview process to be efficient and engaging.
Initially I had a screening call with the recruiter to discuss my background and the role. That was followed by a conversation with the hiring manager. The final stage was a "virtual" on-site (due to COVID-19) where I met with several cross-functional team members.

While I don't recall specific questions, I will say the team was definitely trying to get a feel for two things: (a) Was I genuinely interested in the role and in Helix; and (b) Was I willing to be flexible and grow along with the company?
