Helm Services interview questions

The interview process was a single day, with three back-to-back interviews. I first met with an HR coordinator, then the Head of Operations, then the President of the company. All three were very friendly and asked great questions.

Initial phone interview, followed up by several video interviews. First video interview was with HR and the head of Risk. The following interview was held with a peer, TL of User Operations, and as well as the head of User Operations. The last round of interviews was with the Director of User Operations and the president of the company.
