They have a multi-stage interview process, starting with an HR screening, followed by a technical interview that includes live coding with LeetCode-style problems. One particularly interesting aspect is a ~45-minute presentation where you're expected to present a topic you know well. The technical interviewer was absolutely wonderful—very empathetic and supportive throughout the process.

Fair interview process. Thought I did rather well. Feedback was "We liked you, you did well, but we're looking for perfection" which I found very strange. Overall, the interview was a fun experience, it was just strange that I was rejected based on not being perfect?
