There was a small assessment day whereby I took an audit test, participated in a business discussion with the other candidates and had a personal interview. I thought the audit test was inappropriate as they expected you to know the rules for completing an audit which I didn't as I had a science background. I think they should have tested something more general like your attention to detail. For the group discussion I was penalised for forgetting one of the other candidates names, which I found to be ridiculous.
