Interview process was a breeze. I met with the GM first, then the Sales Manager, then the GM again and was offered a position on the spot. I was very impressed with their goals and vision for the company as well as how employee oriented they are.

What is your strongest trait that would make you a fit for this position and within this company?
Super easy sit down and chat. We spoke idly of things and it was determined I was a likable person. Couldn't have been easier. I was invited to a second interview in under five minutes time so can't beat that.
