I applied mid April and got the final answer beginning of July. For the first interview I was asked to present myself, then got to do a (pretty basic) math test, an excel test (super easy) and finally a product placement test (what do you know about the products, how would u do the packaging, who would u target and at what price would you sell it, what marketing campo¡aign would you do). Furthermore, I got classic interview questions. The second interview, with the head of the Beauty Department, was more like a conversation. Again, classic questions and one tricky math question.
