Only had a phone inteview which I obtained thanks to the career center at my university. I just submitted my resume for consideration and received an interview. The inteview questions were pretty basic and easy answer. The interviewer was relatively laid back not to intensive and seemed more interested in the person than technical skills.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Henkel (Stamford, CT)
Interview
The interview process started with a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager, then an on-site interview with mostly upper management, hiring manager and HR.

Interview
I had two phone interviews with two different people in different divisions in Henkel. Both interviewers asked the exact same questions. The questions were:
Tell me about a time when you showed decisiveness and risk taking. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with change. Have you had to supervise anyone and how did you handle it? They also asked some questions about my background and experience.
