I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Henkel (La Puente, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
Very casual and relaxed. One on one with manager. Done at what would be the reporting yard. Assuming you pass that, there will be background then drug test. There is a pretty good screen on your skills however. While the interview is relaxed the conversation is crafted to assess you and if you really listen to the conversation you can pick on it quick.

Question 1
Elaborate on personal and work experiences as it relates to this job?
It was good and was a nice, professional, and transparent system. Process is faster and more transparent, but sometimes you need to be more thorough on their product knowledge how they work etc c
I have been asked if I want a job paid $40/h, for 4 months only, without relocation, benefits, and I have to have an MBA or be a former consultant to apply, It is very strange
