The first round was on MS teams, it was a behavioural interview and it was 30 mins long. Two people from HR were on the panel, one from the company and another one was external

Interview
It was strange as the interview was all about what are my shortcomings and not about work that I| have done before. I was given a book at the end of the interview and not sure why however the next day I received a call to state that the work is mine if I want it.
