Interview
Straightforward and simplistic. It was a fairly short Google Hangout interview with a set of interview questions. It felt more like a conversation; it definitely felt very natural. I answered the questions, talked about myself and my past experience, and got to ask my own questions at the end.

Interview
I applied for 4 fall internships and only heard back from one. The hiring manager was respectful and responded in an appropriate amount of time, but I didn't hear anything from the other three. I submitted a tailored resume and cover letter and would expect at least a rejection email as a professional courtesy. I could see that they viewed one of my applications but still didn't say anything. Unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Question 1
Instead of a first-round interview for an editorial internship, I had to submit a pretty thorough edit test.
