      Paralegal Interview

      3 Jul 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Heraeus

      Interview

The interview process was very cordial, however, it took an unsavory turn at the end, and I was essentially ghosted. It consisted of one phone interview and two in-person interviews with each of the staff on the team, as well as one HR staff member. I felt the questions were topical and most everyone seemed pleasant and engaged. I'd even received some nice follow up from my thank you notes. Despite all of this, and going back and forth with the HR contact approximately 3-4x to discuss hiring status, I was left completely in the dark and never heard from them again after about the fourth week post-interview. I find this treatment highly unprofessional and frankly insulting. I would be weary of spending one's time and nerve on interviews knowing that this is the treatment you might expect.

Candidate, thank you for your feedback as it is very valuable to us. We apologize, if the length of time or our process left you with a taste of "unprofessionalism", as that is not our goal. If you would like to discuss this process or have a suggestion of improvement from your experience, we invite you to email us at askHR@heraeus.com
