I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Herald Sun (Biloxi, MS) in Apr 2016
Interview
Terrible. They asked me to travel there on my own dime and time. I came in and we talked, and they did not really drill down into my skill set. Many of the editor's deputies were much younger than me, and much younger than the editor. In the end, they will ghost you and not call you back if they believe they will have to pay you too much. Be wary of sinking time and travel money into interviewing with them, as they will not call you back if they pass. Unprofessional.

Question 1
They didn't. Mostly, they just talk about the Biloxi beat.
I applied online. I interviewed at Herald Sun in Jan 2018
Interview
Seemed to be a very sterile work environment - interviewed with two managers. Typical interview questions. Honestly, I was glad when the interview was over. I knew I was not a good fit for them in spite of having numerous years of newspaper experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Herald Sun (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
There really wasn't a process. I sent my resume in for the position, and was called in to discuss the position further. They are more concerned with a person fitting into the culture than the actual experience that person has.

Question 1
Just the usual behavioral ones. Tell me a weakness, strength, when you over came a challenge, how would react to a client that wants to cancel their program.
