I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Here Media (Springfield, MA) in Jun 2016
Interview
It was a very easy process. I submitted an application to corporate, and they called me back within a few weeks. For the first interview, I was hired on this spot. If they like you and think that you would make a good fit for their company, they are willing to give you a shot.

Question 1
What type of experiences do you have relating to this job?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Here Media in Jul 2014
Interview
Applied online and had a great phone interview with an HR rep. Was scheduled for an in-person interview less than a week later, after I submitted some work samples. I showed up on-time and then waited about 10 minutes for the morning marketing meeting to be over before my interview could begin.
Interview itself was...cold. Unfriendly. Very little smiling happened. It was short, I was asked very few questions, and was left with the distinct impression that that would be a normal day on that team. Which is exactly the kind of culture I'm trying to get away from.

Question 1
Give me one example of an innovative ad or event that you've attended. What made it so great?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Here Media (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied online two times (within one year the company had managers that needed to be replaced) and had AMAZING interviews (or so I thought). I had great rapport with the HR manager, Head of Marketing, Assistant and the President. They loved my past work (kept bringing me in to interview) and basically offered me the position while there. I of course followed up and each time was told they hired from within. Why offer me the position if you are hiring from within???. This company is flaky and inconsistent, a clear indication of the management style.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They had the typical interview questions, but as I like to understand the environment and work ethic of companies, I asked the tough questions. Their answers were very vague. For example, did the person who had this position move on or within the company? If you can't answer this question honestly, then something is definitely wrong.
