First you had to fill out an online application and then submit your resume/cover letter. Then if you were selected, you were asked to come in for two separate 30 minute interviews. Each interview had a panel of two recruiters. There is also an opportunity at the end to ask any questions you may have.

Very easy to talk to the Hess representatives. Had dinner before the interview, so I felt comfortable talking in the interview process. The representatives were not just HR people, they were actual Supply Chain employees, which helped us to understand what we could potentially be doing. Very open to answer questions and help us to understand Hess before we interviewed with them.
