I met in a Zoom meeting in a group interview setting. Both of the interviewees (myself included) took turns answering questions. The interviewer was friendly and nice. I would recommend HMI!

They asked me things like why I wanted to join and what I was hoping to achieve form the internship.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hetrick-Martin Institute (New York, NY)
Interview
Very quick and easy. About 30 minutes for the interview, but there were like 12 questions asked and about 9 people interviewing me in the zoom room. Got an offer within the week.
