      I interviewed at Hi-Altitude Brands

      Applied for a position and interview. After receiving communication that I would be advancing to a final interview, I was prepared to move forward accordingly. However, I received no follow-up, after a reschedule, no update, and no closure. The absence of communication after being told I was moving to a final stage is not only disappointing — it is unprofessional. Yet, she reached out to me twice to reschedule with the next interview then ghosted. Then I received an email today.. with zero feedback.. just you will now not be moving forward with me. This has gone on for over 4 weeks. As someone with an extensive career and years of experience in my field, I take commitments seriously and manage my time with intention. To be invited into a final-stage process and then effectively ghosted reflects poorly on the candidate experience and, more broadly, on the company’s brand. Candidate experience is an extension of employer brand. When communication stops without explanation, it signals a lack of respect for a professional’s time, preparation, and expertise. Hiring practices directly impact company reputation and talent attraction. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended — constructive, but candid.
