HiBob Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The entire interview process consisted of two stages. The first stage was a basic technical question about the company's product. The second stage was an architecture interview where I was asked to present a project I had previously worked on, followed by a whiteboard exercise to design and implement a new project from scratch at the component level. During my self-introduction, the interviewers asked personal and inappropriate questions regarding where I live, my marital status, and my ability to commit to long hours in the office. These types of questions are legally problematic. Given the company's public reputation and recent articles online, this experience seems reflective of their broader organizational culture. I would advise caution before pursuing a role here.
