The interview process included 1 interview, 1 Project, and a final interview. The project needed more explanation but it took them a couple days to respond. Otherwise nothing too complicated.

Interview
The process was normal and nothing was surprised, their response was quick when scheduling. However, I did not hear from them after a few rounds (3 times) of follow-up over the course of 2-3 months. Regardless if I was a good fit, they did not seem to respect the time and diligence people put in the applying process. Following up 3 times with no response isn't an acceptable business manner, this just showed unprofessional their ends by ignoring inquiry on their preference. This is a start-up co., either the young guy did not know how to handle a response of a follow-up after interview or he was immature enough not to be able to simply respond with a generic decline of employment interest from the others...
