There was an online application that was pretty standard. Then there was a Zoom interview. The interview asked about your swimming skills, how much you can work, and your availability to work during holidays.

You have to do a group interview, however this was before COVID. I believe they now do phone interviews and or Zoom. Overall very easy hiring process if you are able to work a lot of hours you will be a great candidate
