3 to 4 rounds of interviews scheduled on the same day and every thing went smooth. They asked to come again for CTC finalization and showed draft offer letter after fixing CTC. HR told they will mail the same by the end of the day or next day. I was in a celebration and waiting eagerly for offer letter. A week passed. HR executive / Manager, no one is answering calls. One fine day they answered my call and told the sweet news " MANAGEMENT WANT TO HOLD THE POSITION FOR FEW MORE MONTHS, HENCE YOU CAN LOO FOR OTHER JOB". I said big thanks for being warned in advance about their company and settled and another job.
