I had an initial Zoom conversation with the hiring manager and was then invited in for a face to face meeting. Prior to the face to face I was asked to complete a survey which was used to gauge my personality, fit for the job/team, strengths and weaknesses. (They take this very seriously!)
The face to face was fine, all the usual questions. I was also asked to do a short presentation to show what I would do in the role should I be successful. The director is quite a fierce interviewer and comes across a bit blunt at first, or he did with me anyway. Part of Highfield's interview process is to get a few members of the teams to meet you for a chat/interview. They will feedback to management to say whether you would fit in with the culture. It's a really good way to get to know a few faces if you're going to be successful.
