Highwire interview questions

I had an initial phone screening which went really well. She told me that she was meeting with the team, but she really enjoyed our conversation and that I would hear back in a week. A week goes by with no update, so I followed up. She let me know from there that they are still in the screening stages and will follow up ASAP when she has an update. Was ghosted from there. Sadly another example of a company that leaves candidates hanging.
