Interview
2 rounds of interview. One with the Director and the second with the Managing Director. The interview was held in the H+K office and lasted for four days in total. One could see the desperation as they needed people to fill up gaps in the team. They always need people. The HR in charge and the interviewers were slightly rude and arrogant.
It was a straightforward process where they asked about my experience and it included a case study. I also met with the wider practice team members during the process for a personality fit check
