Phone interview, followed by skills test. Conversations about experiences and education, desire to work for the cause, why you support the candidate. Skills test over basic analytics knowledge, how well you can handle basic excel functions (vlookup, data cleaning, data sorting) and some industry specific questions. Overall, not very analytically demanding, but requires creativity.
